Roberto is further certified as a mediator and maintains a heavy mediation docket, assisting attorneys and clients with mediations primarily in the field of personal injury and commercial litigation. Regarded as one of the top mediators in Texas, Roberto has conducted over 3,500 mediations throughout the State.

Roberto is honored to be one of the few attorneys to be inducted into both the American Board of Trail Advocates and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the leading associations for trial attorneys and mediators, respectively. Roberto has further been named a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly Magazine from 2020 to the present and “Best Attorneys in San Antonio” by Scene in S.A. Magazine from 2010 to the present.

On a personal level, Roberto enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their daughter, Paloma, as well as an assortment of dogs and cats that inhabit their home. In his spare time, he devotes entirely too much time and emotion into Texas Longhorns and Tulane Green Wave sports, as well the San Antonio Spurs.
